1) CNC Cutting Torch: 2 sets, being installed at the front side of horizontal gantry beam, for high efficient cutting out profile shape parts in identical or mirror symmetry;
2) Strip Cutting Torch: 6 ~9 sets, which are installed at rear side of CNC Cutting Machine mechanical gantry beam, for cutting out strip plates in batch;
3) Advantages: Standard configuration CNC Flame Cutting Machine can meet majority of customer demand. So, it is the basic form of machine;
4) Application: This account for the largest branch selling volume of machine. The “Standard” model is CNC-CG4000, which can cut steel plate with the max. width of 3,200mm;

1) Configuration: The strip cutting torches are removed from the machine, and leave CNC control profile torches only;
2) Application: No or seldom requirement on strip cutting. The CNC Oxygen Fuel Cutting Machine is used for profile shape cutting only;
3) Quantity of CNC Control Cutting Torch: Usually there are 2 pieces in CNC-CG4000 model machine; Or 3 to 4 pieces in large span (CNC-CG5000 or plus) model machine; Or 1 piece in small span (CNC-CG3000) model machine;

1) Control and Applicating Form: The sole purpose Triple CNC Flame Cutting Machine does not need CNC control single cut; Or, in some cases, the machine will be added with 1 or 2 sets of triple cutting torches;
2) Triple Torch Installation Position: Usually triple cutting torches are installed at the lateral position of machine mechanical gantry beam: The right most or left most, for the purpose of cutting out edge beveling on edges of steel plate;

Outline: Compared with other types of CNC Cutting Machine, cutting technology in CNC Flame Cutting Machine is relatively simple and quicker to command. On the other hand, there are still some critical points in the cutting technology:

1) Arrangement: For all the Oxygen fuel cutting torches of CNC Flame Cutter Machine, be it CNC control/ Strip/ Triple cutting torch, there are always three ways of cutting gas deployment: Blue color preheating Oxygen; Blue color cutting Oxygen; Red color Acetylene or Propane;
a) Preheating Oxygen in the range of 0.5~ 1 MPa;
b) Cutting Oxygen in the range of 1.0~ 1.2 MPa;
c) Acetylene or Propane cutting gas around 0.25 MPa;
3) Preheating for Ignition: To start on flame cutting in the machine, first turn on gas line of preheating oxygen. The duration of preheating depends on the Max. thickness of steel plate for cutting: The thicker the plate, the longer the duration of preheating;

1) Capacitor Type Height Controller for CNC Control Cutting Torch: The cutting torch height controller is installed at top half of cutting torch; Its induction ring is assembled at bottom of the cutting torch, surrounding cutting tip;
2) Auto ignitor is installed alongside the induction ring in the flame cutting torch;
3) Trial Run: Before official Oxygen fuel flame cutting in the machine, operator needs to key in process control parameters of the cutting torch into its CNC controller: Cutting speed and other process control, and validate on effectiveness of automatic ignitor.
There are three general types of Oxygen fuel flame CNC Cutting Machine in use:

2. Oxygen Fuel Flame Strip Cutting Machine;

1) Characteristics: Strip cutting is the earliest stage product of CNC Flame Cutting Machine. It has the lowest purchase budget and running cost. Cutting process of torches is controlled with A.C. relays, instead of CNC controller. Correspondingly, this machine has the lowest manufacturing cost and selling price;
2) Purpose: This configuration of machine is indispensable in the field of H Beam/ T Beam product, to cut out strip plates of different widths from steel plate;
3) Quantity of Strip Cutting Torch: The quantity of strip cutting torch in machine is determined by customer. Default configuration is 8 to 9 pieces for 3,200mm cutting span;
4) Operation: Interval between any two pieces of adjacent strip torches, which corresponds with width of cut out strip board (Flange and web of H Beam), can be adjusted freely by hand. Such interval can be varied among strip torches in one set of the strip Oxygen Fuel Flame Cutting Machine;
5) Function: Of all the strip cutting torches, one piece of the cutting torch is for horizontal direction cutting, to cut out finished length of strip plates; And the remaining torches are for simultaneous longitudinal way cutting, to cut out finished width of strip plates;
6) Standard Model: Standard model of machine is CG-4000, the machine has gantry rail span of 4000mm and the Max. cutting width of 3,200mm.

1) Function: Triple flame cutting is niche product in family of thermal gas CNC Flame Cutting Machine, for cutting out slant welding groove on edges of carbon steel plate. It has similar function as Edge Milling Machine;
2) “Simple” Electric Control and Lower Producing Cost: Same as Strip Cutting Machine, the sole purpose Triple Cutting Machine does not need CNC controller and servo drive system, greatly reducing manufacturing cost of the machine;
3) Cutting Torch in Triple Oxygen Fuel Flame Cutting Machine is more complicated than that of single cutting CNC Flame Cutting Machine and Strip Cutting Machine: There are 3 pieces of single cutting torches in 1 group of triple cutting torch. Any one of the 3 single cutting torches can be applied individually;
4) In Practical Use, sole purpose Triple Cutting Machine is lesser seen than integrated function strip/ triple and CNC Flame Cutting Machine.
