2) In all the operations of the Plate Edge Beveling Machine, straight edge beveling is the first step for any kind of groove making: It makes clean, straight and flat mirror surface, serving as reference plane for next step of up or bottom edges chamfering;
3) As you can find from the video, the working speed of Edge Milling Machine for straight end milling was 340mm/min.;
4) In theory, the available machining velocity for Plate End Milling Machine is 150~ 850 mm/min. And in practical application, for the medium sized thickness steel plate of 40mm ~ 50mm as shown in the video, the usually selected working speed is 300~ 400 mm/min., which renders optimum end milling effect from the Plate Edge Milling Machine.

3) In standard configuration Plate End Milling Machine, the revolving angle scope of top side chamfering milling head is 0°~ 45°.
