c) Precision and Tolerance: Its levelness is guaranteed with the heavy duty precise linear guiderail assembled, and installation process at customer site. There is stipulation on levelness of this I Beam End Face Milling Machine: Tolerance of 0.2mm/m, and or 0.6mm along its whole length;

a) During work of the H Beam End Face Milling Machine, column moves along horizontal precise linear guiderail of the base bed, in the speed of either working (150~ 800 mm/min.) when make end facing, or idle (1200 mm/min.) when not in work. It is installed onto base bed with machined installing plate;
