1. Plasma Cutting Technology Adopted:
1) The machine is pure and sheer on plasma cutting, which means only plasma cutting system equipped, no flame cutting system;
2) Fine Plasma Cutting: Table type machine usually focus on precise plasma shape cutting. For this purpose, fairly percentage of application is equipped with fine plasma power supply, such as American brand Hypertherm HPR130/ HD4070, or Germany KJELLBERG Fine Focus 900;
1) Mechanical Main Body is of compact and integral table structure entity, integrating longitudinal cutting rails and horizontal beam, promising high rigidity/ good precision and easy installation. The entire set of machine is firm and durable;
2) Overall dimension of the machine main body is much smaller;

1) Quantity of Plasma Cutting System in One Machine:
Unlike gantry structure machine, which more than one piece of plasma cutting torch is not uncommon, in table type machine, due to its small size, generally the machine is equipped with one set of plasma cutting system only;
2) Specification of Plasma Cutting System:
Also, unlike gantry structure machine, which can be equipped with any models of plasma power supply, from cutting thin material of small current output, to cutting thick material of large current output, in Table type CNC Plasma Cutting Machine, the machine is generally applicable for being equipped with small medium specification only;

2) Convenient Installation: Installation of table type machine is just to secure the foots of machine frame into workshop floor, no necessary of jobs of: Making rail supporting beam/ Alignment of cutting rails/ Making cutting platform, under the condition of gantry type machine;
3) Easy Handling: Besides, its handing process is also easier, benefitting from smaller size and integral structure. For these reasons, location and relocation of the table type machine is flexible and can be easily managed.

1. Background:
1) Operation of conventional dry type CNC Plate Plasma Cutting Machine generates certain amounts of fume and arc light, which is harmful to people health, especially eyesight and breathing, as well as environment protection;
2) Underwater plasma plate cutting is developed on this background: The machine perform plasma cutting with elimination of fumes and arc lights, in the way of making it absorbed into water;
1) The most conspicuous specialty with underwater plasma cutting is, it has a cutting platform infused with water, with water level changeable;
2) At the beginning of underwater cutting, gasbag is inflated with air, because its intake valve is switched on, making water level rises up quickly;
3) By the time the steel plate is inundated with water, the intake valve is shut off, and water level is kept at this level, during the next step of plate plasma cutting. All the fumes and arc lights generated from plate plasma cutting will be absorbed into water;
4) By the time underwater plasma cutting is completed, its gasbag discharges air with the switching on of its intake valve, making water level descends rapidly;
1) The positive side of underwater plasma plate cutting is, as mentioned previously, it is user friendly and environment friendly;
2) The negative side is, due to the effect from water, cutting speed/ cutting thickness/ finished product roughness degrades in certain degree (Around 15% less);
3) Meanwhile, for cutting metal plate of same thickness, underwater plasma cutting consumes 15% higher electricity than conventional dry type plate plasma cutting;
4) So, the solitary benefit brought along with underwater cutting e is its dust elimination and arc light absorption. So, which kind of machine, whether it is conventional dry type or underwater to choose from, is a compromise for customer to make decision;
