Working Principle: Put it simply, the elevation and overturning of long and heavy workpieces in Steel Structure Chain Flipping Machine is implemented with the work together of rocking arm (Overturning rack), hoist chain and roller chain:
1. Roller chain comes all the way through rocking arms and hoist chains, and form an enclosed loop, for 0° ~ 360° rotation on workpieces;

1. Working Characteristics:
1) Structure and Function: This equipment can raise up steel structure Beam workpieces to determined higher level by means of its scissor lift in the bottom, and then overturn the working part to expected angle by means of chains at the top;

1. Outline on Working of the Equipment:
1) Structure: As shown in the righthand photo, this Chain Manipulator equipment is composed of 2 sets of individually installed large BOX gantry frame, with 2 sets of lifting working tables being installed in each of the gantry frame external upright columns. The 2 sets of working tables are connected by means of annular chains, which are driven with electric hoists being assembled on top of the BOX frame;
2) Function: During work, both ends of the workpiece will be loaded onto the 2 sets of working tables. With elevation of the 2 sets of working tables, height of the large and long workpiece BOX Beam will be adjusted to proper operating height. 1. Technical Outline:
1) Usage and Structure: This equipment is used for flipping steel structure Beam workpiece in a production line, so as to welding/ assembling on both faces of large and heavy workpieces; The Chain Turnover Machine has structure of stationary BOX frame structure, integrated with conveyor of Production Line;
2) Working Site: This equipment is installed right above and encompass conveyor of the production line;
3) Operation: For getting position change, Steel Structure Beam workpiece is lifted by means of roller chains up into the air, got its angular position adjusted by means of annular chain rotation, and descended down onto surface of the Production Line conveyor again;

1. Work Features:
1) Usage and Working Stations: This Chain Manipulator sends workpieces among different parallel work stations in steel structure production line; For example, between the 2 sets of H Beam Submerged Arc Welding Machines in H Beam Production Line
2) The workpieces are those large and heavy steel structure BOX H Beams and steel plates, which are very difficult/ dangerous/ labor consuming, if transported by operators;
1) Structure: This equipment has mechanical main frame of horizontal supporting rack, with a row of plate link Chain Manipulator running in revolve circulation inside the equipment. There are hydraulic oil cylinders installed at both ends of the Chain Conveyor;
2) Work Principle: When it is necessary to transport large and heavy workpieces among working stations, the oil cylinders act, propping up workpiece to higher level, and sending workpiece forward, by means of circulating its annular chains in a row;
3) Then, oil cylinders work again, and the Chain Conveyor lowers down the workpiece to the original height level, to send it the target station;
1) 2 Sets of Rack Work Together: One set of equipment has 2 sets of supporting racks operating in pair, holding and conveying workpiece forward;
2) Remote Pendant: To avoid accidental happens such as sudden falling down of heavy steel workpieces, which may smash onto operator, operation is by means of hand held remote pedant;

1) Step 1, Loading on Workpieces: First the 2 sets of supporting racks are descended down to its bottom position, and carry on workpiece from the first set of production line machine;
2) Step 2, Rising on Workpieces: Then, under action of hydraulic cylinders which are fit at terminal of supporting racks, the 2 sets of supporting racks rise up to the same height level of the second set of production line machine;
3) Step 3, Sending forward Workpiece: Meanwhile, driven with motor reducer, the plate link chains of this Chain Conveyor run in full round, conveying workpiece forward to the second set of production line machine;
4) Step 4, Workpiece onto the 2nd Set of Machine: Upon workpiece reaches at its destination, the 2 sets of supporting racks of Chain Conveyor descends down, and wait for the next round of operation;
6. Drive Way: Sending: Rotation and circulation of annular chain is driven with motor reducer; Elevation of workpiece is driven with oil cylinders.
