1) Assembly Orientation: The 2 pieces of milling heads have different orientations:
a) The first milling head faces downward, for milling on straight and top grooves, completing bevel angle of 0°- 45° / 60°/ 80°... etc.;
b) The second milling head faces upward, for milling on bottom edge of metal steel plate (-45°- 0°);
2) Under customer special requirement, both of the 2 milling heads can perform straight/ top/ bottom edge beveling (-45°- 45° / 60°), (-90°- 90° )/. This further widens beveling angular scope, and raises efficiency of Double Heads Edge Milling Machine:

To deliver to customer high quality machine, below are critical units:

As introduced earlier, this unit is exclusive configuration of Wuxi JACK machine;
1) Position: It is installed into workshop floor at the front side of worktable. Depending on rated edge milling stroke, there are several pieces of individual roller tables. For example, for SXBJ12 model Double Heads Edge Milling Machine, usually it is equipped with 4 pieces of such hydraulic drive automatic loading table, together with another conventional tables in between:

2) Composition: This supplementary unit includes several pieces of brackets, with rolling rollers on its top surface. Its operation is driven with hydraulic oil cylinders, with independent control pendant.
1) Milling head transmission units of precise gear and rack;
2) Heavy duty high precision linear guiderail, two grades in parallel installation, for guiding reliable running of milling heads carriages along worktable;
3) Hydraulic drive downward moving jacks, for firmly clamping on steel plate during work;
4) Automatic lubrication on leadscrew/ linear guiderails and racks.
1) Check and confirm on normal status, especially its revolving units and lubrication points;
2) Review on types of welding grooves to be cut in this shift;
3) Idle run the milling head and its motorized moving carriage, to confirm on normal condition;
4) Milling Angle Management: Before formal running, be sure to tilt milling head to accurate angle, to acquire proper finished beveling effect. The tilt adjustment can be either manually, or under motor drive;
5) Set up proper edge milling speed based on steel plate thickness/ power of milling head, and required groove;
