1. Niche Product and Supplier: This is “special” machine which has few qualified producers in industry, to design and produce eligible H Beam flange Edge Rounding Machine;
1) Not all H Beams need to have its flange edge trimmed and rounded, unless these H Beams need to be constructed in working environment with high moisture;

1) Applicable for: When width of steel plate equals to or wider than 1000mm, the both sides squeezing operation for edge rounding will lead to center bumpiness of workpiece surface, especially when workpiece is steel plate;
2) For this reason, to keep flatness of steel plate, large models of Edge Trimming and Rounding Machine (RH1500 to RH3000) should have box gantry mechanical frame, with 3 pieces of downward pressing rollers being installed onto its overhead horizontal beam;
3) Usage: During edge rounding operation, these 3 pieces of pressing rollers hold the steel plate firmly, guaranteeing on flatness of large width steel plate, its center position, avoiding deformation of the large steel plate.

2) During its production, edge rounding rollers are precisely machined first, then rigorously heat treated, making sure rigidity and toughness of its integral body;

2) These mounting beds are made and accurately machined from ZG250-550 casting steel;
