Advanced Tech For T Beam Welding

Single Side Butt Welding and Both Sides Formation

It refers to the technique of performing SAW welding at one side of steel plate, and welding seam coming into form at both sides of the joint steel plate simultaneously. This technique can realize good quality butt welding of high efficiency on steel plates.
The special designed structure together with large current welding power source (1000A or 1250A), as well as cooling unit circulated with water, can make good quality melt-thru technique: Single side welding, and both sides welding seam formation.

Good quality H Beam fillet welding of high efficiency

It refers to the technique of assembling 2 pieces of flange and 1 pc of web into T Beam and H beam, and performing 0° fillet welding, and straightening flange deformation with one time operation, without the necessity of follow-up operation.
With one machine, one time operation can fulfil task of H beam accurate assembly, submerged arc welding or CO2 welding, and flange deformation straightening. Welding gun position is adjustable in easy and reliable way. Straightening capacity is up to 40mm thickness under powerful hydraulic drive.

7 Axis CNC Control Large Diameter Pipe Cutting and Beveling

It refers to technique of cutting and beveling various welding chamfers on large diameter Pipe (up to Φ3,000mm diameter), by means of 7 axis CNC control. Challenge lies in cutting torch swing and swivel along pipe diameter.

With friction roller type large pipe support, special designed machine structure, tailor made cutting torch, as well as high tech industrial computer, this advanced technique of great challenge is fulfilled.

This machine is for flat butt welding on 2 pieces of steel plates into one piece, widely used in Shipbuilding, Steel Structure, Hoist and Cranes industry. Adopted with melt-thru technique, this operation is upgraded from manual to machine control, improving both efficiency and quality greatly.
In May 2017, we got the patent. Ever since its inception, it is welcomed by customer both Chinese domestic and abroad. The machine has been exported to Russia and central Asia several set.

This machine replaces the whole set of H Beam production line for manufacture of light and medium H beam, improving both quality and efficiency greatly.
This machine was introduced into concept design in 2002~2003. Due to the restriction on several technical difficulties, it kept as “Lab sample” for several years until 2009, Wuxi JACK took the lead in producing the 1st set of mature practical product and exported it to Brazil with technical break thru. The machine got broad customer both in Chinese mainland and abroad.
