1) Mechanical system is the basic body of the equipment, which is the foundation for carrying out all the tenuous tasks and jobs;
2) To meet the accuracy demand on pipe cutting and chamfering designated on this 7 Axis control machine, besides the cutting edge hardware of industrial computer we discussed in the product section of “7 Axis 2500/9 Heavy duty model”, sophisticated control software, as well as communication between elements in hardware, the machine mechanical system also has special design and control regulation, especially for accomplishing large size heavy duty pipe cutting jobs;
1) In Wuxi JACK CP series machine on CNC control pipe cutting, revolve of workpiece pipe (Y Axis control) is driven with 4 sets of servo motor and high precision reducer in phase, depressing the negative effect brought from inertia of pipe rotation;
2) The CNC Pipe Cutting Machine is installed with detecting unit against pipe revolve, collecting feedback data transferred back to industrial computer for compare and analysis, forming up closed loop control, during critical cutting and beveling operation;
3) At one side of machine bed, there is one set of fender wheels, for the purpose of eliminating axial drifting of pipe rotation;
4) Shown as below, for the 2 sets of turning rolls supporting the workpiece pipe, its span is manipulated with 6 sets of mechanical units driven with servo motor. This is the W Axis control, in this 7 Axis CNC Pipe Intersection Cutting Machine:
