Same as HYJ and YTJ series, WJ series product is also used for straightening deformation of flange after Submerged Arc Welding;
WJ series hydraulic horizontal H Beam straightening machine also utilizes T cavity formed by the three pieces of straightening rollers as in HYJ and YTJ to straighten the deformed flange, but flipped 90°:
Straightening rollers of WJ series hydraulic horizontal H Beam straightening equipment are same as HYJ and YTJ, in terms of material/ heat treatment/ hardness and service life;
Same as YTJ series, the WJ series horizontal H Beam Flange Straightening Machine is also hydraulic driven for straightening the flange.

Vertical H Beam Horizontal H Beam
Such kind of H Beam position allows for two T cavities arranged at both sides flanges;
In other words, in WJ horizontal I Beam Flange Straightening Machine, both ends of H Beam flange are straightened at the same time;
Which means, with the similar straightening speed of 6m/min. in HYJ and YTJ series, the WJ series Horizontal H Beam Straightening Machine can straighten two flanges of H Beam simultaneously, doubling productivity of straightening process compared with HYJ and YTJ series vertical position I Beam Flange Straightening Machine;
a) The WJ machine is for straightening H Beam of small and medium size, not the large and heavy duty ones that can be straightened with YTJ-60/80 heavy duty H Beam Straightening Machine;

a) There are two pairs of straightening rollers (Three pieces of straightening roller in each pair) equipped with one set of WJ-25/40 hydraulic Horizontal I Beam Flange Straightening Machine;
b) And two sets of corresponding drive and transmission units;
c) As introduced, in HYJ and YTJ vertical H Beam Straightening Machine, there are altogether one pair of straightening roller and one set of drive and transmission unit with one machine;
a) One set of WJ25 Horizontal H Beam flange Straightening Machine is about 60% higher than that of YTJ40 vertical type;
