1) The HB1800 welding Automatic H Beam Production Line produces middle sized welding H Beam of up to 1800mm web width: (Fig.1)
2) It shares same process technology with HB2000 and HB1500 automatic welding H Beam production line. The difference lies in size of H Beam Production Machine adopted and hence size of H Beam delivered.

This is made with CG series CNC Strip plate cutting machine: Carbon steel plate is cut into two pieces of flange and one piece of web: (Fig.3)
a) This is made with H Beam Production Machine of Z18 H Beam Assembly Machine:
b) One piece of flange and web each are hoisted onto input conveyor of the Z18 H Beam Assembly Machine;
c) The flange and web are clamped and positioned on input conveyor of the Z18 H Beam Assembly Machine;
d) The flange and web are positioned and centered precisely (Assembling);
e) The flange and web are spot welded automatically into ⊥shape in the gantry frame of the H Beam Production Machine Z18 H Beam Assembly Machine: (Fig.4)
f) The second piece of flange is hoisted into the Z18 H Beam Assembly Machine;
g) The second time automatic assembly and spot welding is performed to make the workpiece into H Beam: (Fig.5)
a) The welded 工 orientation H Beam is overturned 90°into H orientation via Hydraulic Overturning Rack: (Fig.6)
b) Transported onto Travel Cart of first welding area through conveyor;
c) Lifting unit of Travel Cart raises the H Beam off the conveyor, and by means of the Travel Cart, the H Beam is sent onto overturning rack of the LHC H Beam Gantry Welding Machine;
a) The overturning rack overturns H Beam for 45° fillet welding;
b) The 1st set of H Beam Production Machine LHC H Beam Gantry Welding Machine welds the first seam of H Beam automatically: (Fig.7)
c) The overturning rack overturns the H Beam 45° back to its original position;
d) The H Beam is sent onto overturning rack of the second set of LHC H Beam Gantry Welding Machine;
e) The H Beam is flipped another 45°, and welded the second seam in the second set of H Beam Production Machine LHC H Beam Gantry Welding Machine;
a) The H Beam is transported onto conveyor through Travel Cart;
b) Sent onto the movable 180°overturning rack of first welding area in the Automatic H Beam Production Line, by means of the conveyor: (Fig.8)
c) The H Beam is overturned 180° and sent to the second welding area via conveyor;
The same automatic CO2 tack welding process as the first welding area of the two sets of H Beam Production Machine LHC H Beam Gantry Welding Machine, at Automatic H Beam Production Line;
The welded H Beam is sent to HYJ series mechanical H Beam Straightening Machine for its flange deformation straightening: (Fig.9)
8) As summary, the entire working process of the Automatic Welding H Beam Production Line features in high automation and fluent flow. Travel crane is seldom used. Control system is reliable, and can have interlock among workstations. It is the ideal automatic complex of H Beam Production Machine.
