a) Flexible arrangement on model and quantity of I Beam Production Machine;
b) Maneuverable layout of the welding H Beam Production Machine;
c) Low and phased in investment--- Customer can make purchase on the above mentioned three I Beam Production Machine either with one time done, or set by set from the most urgent one. This can relieve financial pressure to a large degree.

The complex of HB1800 H Beam Production Machine should cover process technology from plate cut to H Beam assembling to H Beam Welding Machine to H Beam Straightening Machine. To be specific,
a) One set of CNC Strip Plate Cutting machine, suggested span is 4m. Since it is a general purpose equipment, and not confined to H Beam Production Line, it is not a typical I Beam Production Machine: (Fig.2)
b) For this reason, in layout of I Beam Production Line, CNC Strip Plate Cutting machine is usually be away from the other typical I Beam Production Machine;
One set of Z18 H Beam Assembly machine with Tack Welding. With this equipment we recommend automatic style, of flange and web self alignment, and equipped with 2 sets of CO2 Welding power source: (Fig.3)
a) One set of LHA5Z center control H Beam Welding Machine, or one set of LHA5C side control H Beam Welding Machine, or one set of LHT T type H Beam Welding Machine;
b) Here we suggest LHA5Z center control, or LHT, which needs only one operator: (Fig.4)
a) One set of mechanical HYJ-40 or HYJ-800 H Beam Straightening Machine can meet the demand, if flange thickness does not exceed 40mm: (Fig.5)
b) Considering straightening speed, we recommend HYJ-40, which has 9m/min. straightening speed compared with 17m/min. of HYJ-800 H Beam Straightening Machine, and matches with the preceding steps of H Beam Assembly Machine with SAW welding;
It needs two sets of travelling crane, with at least 5Ton loading capacity, for moving raw material and workpiece among H Beam Production Machine in the H Beam Production Line.
1) With the automatic equipment in H Beam Assembly Machine and H Beam Welding Machine as we suggested above, number of the operators for this HB1800 Semi Automatic H Beam Production Line should be 4 plus 1, which means one operator each machine, and one operator for back up, assistant and support;
2) Operators of automatic H Beam Assembly Machine and H Beam Welding Machine should command medium level welding knowledge and skill;
