a) For ZHJ8015, it is within the scope of 6~ 32mm;
b) For ZHJ5010 model 3 in 1 H Beam Welding Machine, it is from 6~ 20mm;
a) For ZHJ8015 model , it is within the scope of 200~ 1500mm;
b) For ZHJ5010 model Vertical H Beam Welder, it is from 160~ 1000mm;
a) For ZHJ8015 model, it is within the scope of 6~ 40mm;
b) For ZHJ5010 model Vertical H Beam Welder, it is from 6~ 16mm.
a) SAW: H Beam Flange and web with 5~6mm thickness is the lower limit on SAW (Submerged arc welding);
b) Gas Shielded Welding: For flange and web with thickness less than 10mm, due to its welding seam size of 8~12mm in SAW, CO2 MIG/MAG is better than SAW in PHJ and ZHJ models 3 in 1 H Beam Fabrication Machine;
a) Both SAW and CO2 MIG/MAG welding systems are equipped. But that will add on total manufacturing cost and hence quotation of the 3 in 1 H T Beam Welding Machine, because welding power supply/ control console/ wire feeding unit can not be shared between the two welding modes. It is necessary to prepare two sets of welding system in the 3 in 1 H Beam Welding Machine :
b) Or, CO2 MIG/MAG substitutes SAW in this ZHJ5010 light duty Integral function H Beam Welding Machine (Pull Through H Beam Welder);
a) Compared with SAW: CO2 MIG/MAG is more fitting for welding small thickness workpiece, which has better IK value (Welding Impact, means strength of welding seam), and lower running cost (No welding flux involved) of the T Beam welding Machine;
b) Besides, welding wire is different: SAW uses solid wire, while CO2 MIG/MAG uses flux cored wire;
a) Working Environment Affect: During SAW process of this Automatic Pull Through H Beam Welder, there is no arc light generated. While for CO2 MIG/MAG, the arc light is very strong, which is harmful to people eyesight;
b) So, working staff on ZHJ5010 special design Vertical H Beam Welder should put on proper PPE (Personal Protection Equipment), including welding helmet and eye goggles when working on CO2 MIG/MAG. a) Correspondingly, size of the ZHJ5010 model Vertical H Beam Welder should be diminished to accommodate the ultralight workpiece;
b) Total Height Reduction: Compared with 4,200mm height in ZHJ8015 H Beam Fabrication Machine, this ZHJ5010 Pull Through H Beam Welder has total height of 3,600mm;
c) Please check the 3rd photo, the top gantry of ZHJ5010. It is obviously shorter than that of ZHJ8015 integral function H Beam Welding Machine:
a) In this specific set of ZHJ5010 Pull Through H Beam Welder shown in the 1st photo, customer asked for longer conveyor than standard size, because their workpiece has total length of 20m as compared with 15m for standard model;
b) Conveyors Length: Accordingly, conveyor length (Both input and output conveyors) in this ZHJ5010 model 3 in 1 H Beam Welding Machine is 18m each (The standard conveyor length is 11m for 15m standard long workpiece). Please check the attached 4th photo;
3) Quantity of Manipulators: Correspondingly, the input fitting manipulators are increased from 3 groups to 4 groups, for this ZHJ5010 Vertical H Beam Welder. Please check the 4th photo also.
