1) The attached picture is a set of Wuxi JACK ZHJ8020 model 3 in 1 H Beam Assembly Welding Straightening Integral Machine just completed installation and commissioning, ready to be put into use at customer new workshop;
2) This Automatic H Beam Welding Equipment is the main processing machine for customer in this steel structure working site.
1) The ZHJ8020 Vertical H Beam Welder, just as demonstrated in the preceding product section of “ZHJ8018 H Beam Fabrication Machine”, is the larger size H Beam Welding Equipment (T Beam welding Machine), but not in wide use;
2) The most appropriate workpiece for this model, as shown in the 2nd picture, (Another set of ZHJ8020 model 3 in 1 H Beam Fabrication Machine exported to Russia), is the large size H Beam/ T Beam with relative thin thickness. So, we can call this Vertical H Beam Welder “Large Scale” Automatic H Beam Welding Equipment, but not “Heavy duty”;
3) For producing welding H Beam and T Beam not only big size, but also thick thickness (Hence heavy weight), single pass SAW (Submerged arc welding, 8~12mm welding seam height) with this Automatic T Beam Welding Machine (H Beam Fabrication Machine) is not sufficient. Multiple-pass SAW should be performed, which, under such conditions, heavy duty H Beam Production Line and H Beam Submerged Arc Welding Machine are proper choice.
Design of ZHJ series (And PHJ series) Automatic H Beam Welding Equipment by Wuxi JACK is delicate and fully considerate. We give one example in its assembling and welding units respectively:
a) With careful study on specifications of ZHJ series H Beam Assembly Welding Straightening Integral Machine and PHJ series counterpart, we can find that flange size range is different between the two groups: 150~750mm for ZHJ series H Beam Fabrication Machine, and 200~800mm for PHJ series Vertical H Beam Welder. This is because of market demand. We make it standardized with years of accumulation and feedback from customers;
b) For ZHJ series SAW H Beam Fabrication Machine, 200~800mm specification is also available if it is necessary for customer. Please check the attached 3rd picture;
c) For whatever size range of flange (150~750mm/ 200~800mm), there are photoelectric limit switches (Protected with yellow color housing) at both ends of flange alignment rollers stroke. Which, in the work of H Beam Fabrication Machine, emits red light spot during flange alignment rollers in motion. This will prevent the Vertical H Beam Welder from wrong assembling of beyond limit size;
a) Please checked attached the 4th picture, which shows welding torch applied in this H Beam Welding Equipment (T Beam welding Machine). As can be found from the photo, besides driving D.C. motor at its rear end, at front section of welding torch is welding wire feeding mechanism;
b) A spring with dimensioned black color housing is for adjusting tension force based on diameter of welding wire used in this Vertical H Beam Welder (T Beam Welding Machine). Just fiddle it based on actual size of welding wire.
