The first photo was taken at Wuxi JACK assembly workshop, on two sets of DX1015 Small H Beam End Face Milling Machine.
1) DX1015 Hydraulic I Beam End Face Milling Machine is the light-duty special model of the product, for end facing on workpiece of max. cross section size Height × Width= 1000 ×1500 mm;
2) DX1015 can be used for end face milling on 1.5m H Beam: Please check the 2nd photo, you can see that in DX series H Beam End Milling Machine, H Beam is laid in horizontal orientation, instead of vertical orientation in PHJ& ZHJ H Beam Fabrication Machine, or 45° in H Beam Submerged Arc Welding Machine. So, the max. size of H Beam web 1500mm (Width direction) and flange 800mm (Height direction) fits perfectly with max. available stroke of DX1015 H Beam End Facing Machine;
3) More often type of workpiece fitting for DX1015 is shown in the 3rd photo: Special design welding structure members of small size.
1) The “hydraulic” refers to its hydraulic drive workpiece rack. Please check the 4th picture. For small model of DX1015 I Beam End Face Milling Machine, due to its small size and consequently light weight of workpiece, during end facing operating, there exist potential risk of workpiece vibration, which may cause negative impact on end facing quality;
2) For this purpose, we equip the hydraulic cylinder drive rack in small and medium models of DX series H Beam End Face Milling Machine (DX08xx ~ DX30xx), for the purpose of clamping the workpiece tightly;
3) The attached 4th photo shows the most often adopted type of hydraulic workpiece rack. Based on specific workpiece structure, there are many more types of clamping rack, especially for Small H Beam End Face Milling Machine. Please check the 5th photo for one of the examples.
1) Milling head: Please check the 6th photo. For most of small size hydraulic H Beam End Milling Machine in the market, milling head is usually 5.5kW. 3) For guarding unit of horizontal rail, it is made of stainless steel, of cascading style, with the advantage of good seal, good dissipation and long life. There is peep hole on the guard cover, thru which lubricating and cleanness condition of the rail can be observed;
4) The nameplates of DX series H Beam End Face Milling Machine and technical documents are all written in Chinese and English. The machine has the standard color of JACK blue, and can be denoted by customer;
5) Hydraulic station of DX1015 Small H Beam End Face Milling Machine includes pump, cylinder and two sets of rack;
6) Facing operation: The DX1015 machine has manual revolving operating pendant, easy for operation and blade alignment; And there is operating platform for operator manipulating end face milling process.
a) Both horizontal and vertical guideway are heavy duty ball bearing liner guideway, with the advantage of great loading capacity, small clearance and good precision;
b) In contrast, other producers of the H Beam End Face Milling Machine usually have ordinary guideway welded onto machine bed, the guideway is inferior material of low hardness and inferior accuracy. Please check the 1st photo on machine bed and linear guideway made by Wuxi JACK.
