The first photo was taken on commissioning process of DX1540 I Beam End Face Milling Machine. We can see there is another set of DX1540 finished painting and ready for shipment right next.
1) DX1540 is applied for end facing workpiece with the same height and 2 times width as that of DX1520. All the other parameters are same as DX1520 automatic H Beam End Face Milling Machine. It is also among the most common used models of DX series H Beam End Facing Machine;
2) Different from LHA H Beam Submerged Arc Welding Machine and PHJ/ZHJ H Beam Fabrication Machine, which have strict requirement on workpiece orientation of either 45° or vertical standing, usually in DX series I Beam End Milling Machine, workpiece is laid flat on its clamping bracket. So, you can imagine that up to (4m height x 1.5m width) workpiece can be end milled in the machine, which covers majority of H Beam/ I Beam/ BOX Beam.
Please check the 1st /2nd /3rd photos. One set of the DX1540 H Beam End Face Milling Machine is mainly composed of:
During work, vertical column of the H Beam End Milling Machine travels leftward and rightward along this base bed in the valid stroke of 4000mm, fulfilling horizontal direction end milling operation (Inverter speed control available);
During work, milling carriage moves up and down along this column, fulfilling vertical direction end milling operation (Inverter speed control available);
Please check the 4th photo. This is the core unit in Automatic H Beam End Milling Machine, and is installed on the vertical column, by way of installation board. There is lubricating pump installed on the milling carriage, for lubrication of the guiderails;
This is consumables of the milling head. It is standard and universal model, which is easily available in the market. It fulfills end facing task of DX series H Beam End Facing Machine;
Both horizontal and vertical movement of facing head are driven with Y series A.C. motor. The horizontal movement is transmitted with gear and rack; Vertical movement is transmitted with leadscrew;
This is the “Brain” and “Commanding Center” of the machine. In conventional DX series I Beam End Face Milling Machine, working logic is controlled with hard wired relay control circuit, and working speed is controlled with A.C. inverter;
In all the models of DX series I Beam End Milling Machine produced by Wuxi JACK, the movement of the facing head along both horizontal bed and vertical column are guided with heavy duty precise linear guideway, the high precision and stability of working process can be fully guaranteed;
Facing operation generates scraps and fragments. To protect the critical units of facing head and guiderail, both direction of guiderails is protected with scalable covers;
Facing head in all the model of the DX series I Beam End Face Milling Machine is 7.5kW high power type. It has 6 grades of spindle revolution to choose from, based on diameter of cutter head selected. Travel limit of facing head spindle in the direction of extension and retract is 100mm stroke.
1) With the start up of the I Beam End Face Milling Machine, and loading in of the workpiece, operator just stand on operating platform (Which is fit on the column and moves together with facing head), or in small and medium models of DX15xx and smaller (DX12xx/ DX10xx/ DX08xx), stand on workshop floor alongside workpiece, observing and having surveillance on working process of the conventional models I Beam End Milling Machine;
2) The operating pendant is close at hand in case any human intervention is necessary.
