This 3 in 1 H Beam Assembly Welding Straightening Integral Machine is a turnkey project equipment. Which means, its range of supply cover all the necessary units/ systems for operation. Customers do not need to prepare other function systems for put into use.
Assembly unit has 2 sections:
There are 3 sets of hydraulic drive manipulators, distributed along input conveyors of the 3 in 1 H Beam Fabrication Machine, for preliminary alignment and positioning of flange with web;
The 3 groups of hydraulic drive manipulators along input conveyor of 3 in 1 H Beam Assembly Welding Straightening Integral Machine: (Fig.3)
There are 6 pairs of precise machined eccentric alignment rollers, assembled at different height, for fitting up flange with web precisely and tightly:
2) Available proper welding modes in 3 in 1 H Beam Fabrication Machine can be either SAW (Submerged Arc Welding) for thicker plate, or GMAW CO2 Gas Shielded Welding for thinner flanges.
This unit is installed at outlet side of the machine working zone, for straightening flange deformation after welding:
2) It consists of 1 piece of straightening roller at higher level, and 2 pieces of straightening rollers at the lower level;
3) The 3 pieces of straightening rollers form a T shape cavity, work in the principle of hydraulic drove downstroke movement. Such kind of work style has advantages of reliable and long service, which has very low rate of failure;
4) The straightening capability of Wuxi JACK H Beam Fabrication Machine is for flange 40mm thickness, which is 2 times that of other suppliers in the industry.
1) It is an inverted U frame assembled together with base bed. The downward pressing roller for holding the workpiece firmly is installed inside its 4 pieces of columns;
2) In Wuxi JACK produced 3 in 1 H Beam Welding Machine, the pressing rollers is guided with 4 pieces of heavy duty guiderail, which is reliable and smooth, compared with rollers adopted by other suppliers.
1) Both input and output conveyors of 3 in 1 H Beam Welding Machine have three segments, in the form of 1 driving segment together with 2 idle running segments;
2) The output conveyor can be raised up 10mm under hydraulic drive, during sending finished welding H Beam out of the 3 in 1 H Beam Welding Machine.
1) This is the “power source” and “brain” for operation of the machine, especially assembling and straightening. It gives heavy and reliable driving force for successful running of the 3 in 1 H Beam Welding Machine;
2) Hydraulic pump station is put on the ground alongside main body of the 3 in 1 H Beam Assembly Welding Straightening Integral Machine.
