a) CNC cutting is usually applied for completing on high precision plate shape cutting. So, sometimes, complicated contour of finished product needs to be cut, which needs to be made with the help of nesting software;
b) Nesting Software Configuration: At early stage, this nesting software is an optional unit for the machine. Or, quotation of the basic and standard models CNC Plasma Plate Cutting Machine does not include that of the nesting software. Nowadays, with the continuous upgrading function of the CNC controller, the CNC controling station itself of the machine has nesting capability also;
c) G Code Versus Nesting Software: In the machine, The conventional CNC plate cutting is made with G code programming, which is very helpful for simple and regular shape cutting; While for sophisticated and or irregular cutting, nesting software can improve efficiency and accuracy of plate cutting performance in large extent;
a) Cutting Gas: CNC Plasma Plate Cutting Machine uses compressed air as its cutting gas, without involvement of acetylene and or propane;
b) Plasma Cutting Consumables and Daily Service: On the other hand, series of consumables from nozzle to cap need to be maintained and replaced regularly based on plasma cutting frequency at customer site. For this reason, operators need to grasp corresponding skill and be a qualified one:

i) Problem: Official running of the machine usually produce a lot of smoke and dust;
ii) Caution and Suggestion: For this reason, during working period, it had better to have operator be certain distance away from the machine as far as possible;
iii) Gadget: Meanwhile, to make sure managing on running of the CNC Cutting Machine effectively, a proper remote controller is very conducive to protect health of operator, while maintaining high standard work performance at the same time. Indicated as below:
