1) Role: Electric and Driving systems are like the “Hero behind scenes” in a set of PHJ (And ZHJ) models Pull Through I Beam Welder. 1) One Time Pass Through: Driving system powers transmission rollers cross the mechanical main body of the PHJ series SAW 3 in 1 H Beam Welding Machine, making raw materials (Flanges and web) travelling through the Pull Through I Beam Welder, and being fabricated into finished welding H Beam in the process simultaneously;
a) Main driving motor: It is installed at left lateral side of Pull Through I Beam Welder mechanical main body, as is shown in the attached 2nd photo. It is a set of 5.5kW Y series cycloidal motor and reducer;
b) Input and Out Conveyor Motor: There are 2 sets of 1.1kW A.C. motor in one set of PHJ series I Beam Assembly Weld Straighten Integral Machine. Of which, one set is assembled at input conveyor, and the other at output conveyor. These two sets of motors drive the driving segment of the input and output conveyors, which in turn drive the remaining two follower segments of the input and output conveyors in the 3 in 1 H Beam Welding Machine;
c) In phase Connection between Assembling and Straightening: As shown in the attached 5th and 6th photos, which were taken before and after putting on yellow color cover. Such in phase connection mechanism inside the 3 in 1 H Beam Fabrication Machine includes chains and sprockets.
