a) Inspect conductive nozzle of welding torch, confirm whether it is burnt or blogged, whether wire feeding is smooth;
b) For welding operation of the 3 in 1 I H Beam Fabrication Machine, keep the distance between welding torch tip and welding seam in the range of 15~20 μ (0.15~ 0.2mm): Too large distance may cause the issue of arcing, and too small distance may bring along difficulty in wire feeding;
c) There is a vent at lateral side of welding flux recovery unit of the 3 in 1 I H Beam Welding Machine. Please check the 5th photo. It is for dust collection. Be sure to regular clean off accumulated dust from this vent;
d) For web and flange thickness higher than 25mm, suggestion is to make welding groove ahead of time before made into H Beam/ I Beam, by means of XBJ and SXBJ series Edge Milling Machine;
