b) 100mm ~ 500mm width, compare with 150~ 800 width of H Beam;
c) 3 ~ 20mm stiffener thickness, compared with 6~ 32mm in H Beam web.
There are certain unique features with manufacturing process of shipbuilding use T Beam, which are mainly embodied in below four aspects:
a) Why Need: This is because in Shipbuilding facilities, painting adhesion is a very important factor taken for parts and assemblies, for the purpose of maintaining long term qualified painting quality, working under surroundings of high moisture, or water;
b) RH800/ RH1000 narrow plate Edge Rounding Machine is for deburring and rounding edge of T Beam end plate, trimming its edge from sharp angle into round angle of R2.5mm, thus bringing along below benefits of:
1) Improve on painting adhesion, promising much better painting quality and protect it from corrosion from water or moisture;

1) Welding Technique: In TB series shipbuilding use T Beam Production line, to get higher welding seam impact value of finished welding T Beam, 500A medium current continuous GMAW CO2 welding takes the place of H Beam production 1000A large current SAW (Submerged Arc Welding);
2) High Productivity: One set of LBA10 T Beam Welding Machine usually has several (up to 5~ 6) pieces of welding torch and motor drive moving carriages, simultaneously producing 5~ 6 pieces of finished T Beam, compared with 1~ 2 pieces in single set of H Beam Welding Machine, or 4 pieces in H Beam Production Line;
1) Why Need: Due to the heavy welding fumes and arc light generated in the process of T Beam CO2 welding, EHS (Environment Health Safety) is the foremost factor to be considered at the working site of T Beam Welding Machine;
2) This is usually accomplished with measures of:
a) Equipment: At T Beam CO2 welding site, installing and put into use welding fume extract and cleaning system, of negative pressure;
b) Operator Protection: Although with automatic welding, operator should put on PPE (Personal protection equipment), including welding helmet and goggle;
