1. Environmental Working Conditions of 3 in 1 H Beam Assembly Welding Straightening Machine:

1) The maximum temperature varies on seasons, but suggestion is not up to 40℃. If the workshop installed with this integral function automatic 3 in 1 H Beam Welding Machine is located at tropical zone, there should be air conditioning equipment installed in the workshop;

2) SAW Welding Flux Heating: If the 3 in 1 H Beam Fabrication Machine works in the city with high humidity, (With annual average humidity of over 90%), the corresponding SAW welding flux heating machine should be prepared, to maintain sufficient dryness of welding flux, which in turn guarantee welding quality of the Automatic 3 in 1 H Beam Welding Machine;

3) The allowable minimum temperature for normal working of the machine is -15℃. If the workshop installed with this integral function automatic 3 in 1 H Beam Welding Machine is located at cold zone area, there should be heating equipment installed in the workshop;

4) Besides, everyday before working, the 3 in 1 I Beam Fabrication Machine should be preheated for a time period (Around half hour) after power on, before official working;

5) Workshop Humidity: To prevent the 3 in 1 Vertical H Beam Welder from rusting, and too high humidity brings along negative impact on performance of the 3 in 1 H Beam Fabrication Machine, there is requirement on humidity: The average humidity of the wettest month should not exceed 80%, with the precondition of average temperature of that month not exceeding 25℃. If this 3 in 1 Vertical H Beam Welder is used at a high humidity area, the workshop should have humidity regulating equipment.



2.  Power Conditions of the Automatic 3 in 1 H Beam Welding Machine:

1) Voltage of electric power should be three phase AC380V±5% (Or that of the country and local region with this 3 in 1 H Beam Fabrication Machine installed), with three phase five wiring system; The frequency of electricity is 50Hz±2%;

2) Power supply of workshop: There needs to be installed with one set of power cabinet, for supply electricity to the 3 in 1 H Beam Assembly Welding Straightening Machine. Inside this power cabinet, there should be three pieces of air breaker: Two 125A air breakers for controlling the two sets of SAW (Submerged arc welding) power supply equipped with the machine; The third 63A air breaker is for controlling main body of the 3 in 1 Vertical H Beam Welder;

3) Cables used: The two sets of SAW power supplies are powered with (3×25 +1×16) mm2 cables; While main body of the 3 in 1 Vertical H Beam Welder is powered with (3×6 +2×4) mm2 cables;

3. Hoisting Capacity of the Workshop for the 3 in 1 Vertical H Beam Welder:

1) For the purpose of hoisting flange and web onto input conveyor of the Automatic 3 in 1 H Beam Welding Machine, and hoist WIP (Work in process) T Beam and finished workpiece of H Beam/ I Beam off the output conveyor, the minimum hoisting capacity should be 5 Ton, had better 8~10 Ton;

2) For the workshop of this 3 in 1 I Beam Fabrication Machine hoisting capacity less than 5 Ton, steam crane needs to be used for assistance;

4. Foundation and Installation of the Automatic 3 in 1 H Beam Welding Machine:

1) Foundation of the 3 in 1 H Beam Fabrication Machine should be made for ready before its installation, based on its foundation drawing from Wuxi JACK;

2) Have spare parts and components ready based on its list from Wuxi JACK (In it gives detailed information on specie/ specification/ quantity, mainly involves anchor bolt, expansion bolt, flat washer, spring washer, nut); 

3) Or, use the chemical anchor bolts to install the 3 in 1 H Beam Assembly Welding Straightening Machine;

5.  Mechanical Oil and Hydraulic Oil of the 3 in 1 I Beam Fabrication Machine:

1) Hydraulic pump station uses 23# abrasion proof hydraulic oil with the volume of 300 L;

2) Motor reducers use 20#/ 30# mechanical oil, with the volume of 50 L;

6. Welding Materials used in the Automatic 3 in 1 H Beam Welding Machine:

1) For successfully implementing SAW (Submerged arc welding) in this 3 in 1 Vertical H Beam Welder, customers need to prepare four reels of welding wire spool with the specification of 3.0mm diameter; Each of the wire spool has 25kg weight (Or bigger spool of 200kg);

2) 100kg welding flux, recommendation is sinter flux of SJ101, which can make reliable welding quality of the 3 in 1 H Beam Fabrication Machine;
