b) Asymmetric welding H Beam, only applicable for being produced from PHJ series H Beam Assembly Weld Straighten Integral Machine;
2) PHJ18 model H Beam Assembly Weld Straighten Integral Machine has capability of producing welding H Beam with its cross section shape both in symmetric and asymmetric type (As shown in the attached picture), with web size up to 1,800mm.
1) Structure: As can be found from attached pictures, PHJ18 Integral function H Beam Welding Machine has the structure of fixed gantry base, equipped with input and output conveyors;
2) Output: During work, workpiece travels through this PHJ series 3 in 1 H Beam Welding Machine, being fabricated into a piece of finished working part of welding H Beam.

2) Below is brief introduction on workpieces supporting unit of PHJ series Integrated H Beam Welding Machine:
a) Length: One set of PHJ series Fit Up Full H Beam Welding Machine has 10m length each for both input and output conveyor;
b) Working Manner: Both input and output conveyor are composed of 3 segments. Of which one is motor driven, the remaining two segment are idler type;
c) The 1st Stage Assembling Purpose: There are 3 sets of hydraulic drive manipulators, or called pulling rod system, being installed in stagger in the input conveyor, for carrying out the first stage (rough) aligning and supporting of flange and web in the 3 in 1 H Beam Fabrication Machine;
d) For finished fabricated welding H Beam: The 1st segment of output conveyor has elevating capability, so that the upbend welding H Beam can be support reliably;
a) Function: This is the“power source” for the entire set of PHJ series 3 in 1 H Beam Fabrication Machine, the assembly and straightening operation of the H Beam Assembly Weld Straighten Integral Machine are all implemented with powerful drive of hydraulic system;
b) Location: At customer facility, hydraulic pump stantion is put on the ground alongside mechanical main body of the PHJ series SAW H Beam Welding Machine;
i. Pulling rod system for fulfiling the first stage (Rough) assembly;
ii. Alignment unit for performing the second stage (Precise) assembly;
iii. Straightening unit for attaining correcting deformation of H Beam flange after welding;
a) A.C. inverter is one of the critical electric control elements of the PHJ series H Beam Assembly Weld Straighten Integral Machine, managining on working velocity of the assembly/ welding and straightening;
b) Under special customer requirement, PLC controls logic sequence and working steps, and A.C. inverter controls working speed (Assembly/ Weld/ Straighten uniform) of PHJ series Fit Up Full H Beam Welding Machine.
