Middle Size Hydraulic Drive RH1500 Edge Rounding Deburring Machine

1.  General Introduction on RH1500 Plate Edge Rounding Machine:

1) Business Background: The attached first picture shows a set of Wuxi JACK RH1500 model Plate Edge Rounding Deburring Machine, which was taken at a customer facility. You can identify on its mechanical main frame, input and output conveyor roller tables, workshop floor laying electric board and hydraulic pump station;

2) As can be seen from the attached photos, together with other equipment, this set of middle sized Plate machine constitute an automatic production line for ship building;

2. Foundation of RH1500 Plate Edge Deburring Machine:

1) Machine Foundation: As shown in the attached pictures and below. For Edge Trimming Machine with effective edge rounding width larger than 1,000mm (RH1000 model), the machine should be prepared for foundation:

2) Foundation Depth:  You may find from the photos that, foundation of the RH1500 model machine is made into a pit of 300mm ~ 400mm depth. Depth of this pit depends on the finished surface level of the conveyors roller table: Top surface of rollers should be flush with that of the remaining equipment in the production line;

3)  After digging the pit, two times of cement pouring is the next step job during installation of the machine;

4) At the completion of curing period of machine foundation cement, anchor bolts are used for securing the Edge Rounding Machine body into workshop floor pit;

5) The foundation of larger machine models: RH2000 and RH3000, should be prepared in the same way ahead of time machine installation.

3. Layout of Main Units in RH1500 Plate Edge Rounding and Trimming Machine at Customer site:

1)  Electric Control Board of Plate Edge Rounding Machine:

a) As you can check from below photo, electric control cabinet is put alongside the machine gantry frame body, standing on workshop floor: (Fig.3) 

b) Dust Proof Measure: For the purpose of getting convenient operation, this middle sized RH1500 model machine has both operating panel on cover of its electric control board, and a remote pendant:

c)  The remote pendant is for the convenience of operator observing and adjusting on edge rounding process close at hand;

2) Hydraulic Pump Station of Plate Edge Rounding Machine:

a) Major Drive Mode: This plate machine is a kind of hydraulic driven equipment in real sense, because except conveyor running and transverse movement of edge rounding rollers, the other working operation of this machine are all hydraulic driven. So, its working area is equipped with many pieces of oil cylinders:

b) Control: All the oil cylinders of this machine are controlled with corresponding electromagnetic valves of hydraulic system;

c) Position: The oil pump station giving power to all oil cylinders by means of electromagnetic valves, is also put alongside main frame of the machine, adjacent to the electric control board.

4. Cables, Pipeline and Tubes Routing of RH1500 Plate Edge Rounding Deburring Machine:

1) Hybrid Drive Mode into One Machine: As introduced before, this machine focusing on sheet metal edge rounding deburring integrates electric motor drive, hydraulic drive, and pneumatic drive into one equipment for all its tasks;

2) Consequently, there are numerous lines of cables, oil pipelines, and gas tubes deployed all the way in this complicated machine;

3) Importance: To have proper routing of these lines is very important for acquiring on safe operation, effective service, and good appearance of the entire set of this Plate Edge Rounding and Trimming Machine;

4) Ingenious Design: As can be checked from the attached photos, the “artery” and “vein” of the machine are deployed in the ingenious combined way of drag chain, overhead beam, cable bridge, clips and tunnels, attaining a plain and reasonable arrangement of the lines, making sure consistent and reliable delivery of the machine at customer site:
