3) Preparation Work: Before installation, clean and degrease all the parts/ elements of mechanical system of the 3 in 1 H Beam machine;

4) Make Levelness of Machine Bed: Make leveling of the machine main body after its hoisted into foundation; Then put on anchor bolts, and make the second time cement pouring for fixation;

5) Cement Pouring: Mechanical main body of the Pull Through H Beam Welder equipment needs to be poured with concrete two times, and only after the sufficient curing period of concrete, can anchor bolts be secured;

6) Conveyors Deployment: Input and output conveyors of the 3 in 1 H Beam machine should be fixed by means of expansion bolts based on foundation drawing;

7) Adjusting on Conveyor:  Make adjustment on height of roller table surface of conveyor, making it consistent with, or slightly lower than surface height of the main driving roller of the machine;
