1) The attached picture was taken at a customer site, on a set of ZHJ8015 integrated function 3 in 1 Automatic H Beam Welding Machine:

2) A piece of T Beam was being exported from this SAW H Beam Fabrication Equipment (SAW stands for submerged arc welding, which is the main welding mode in H Beam Welding Machine and T Beam Welding Machine).



A. Precise Assembling Step of ZHJ8015 Model 3 in 1 H Beam Fabrication Machine:

1. T Beam Assembled and Welded into H Beam with 3 in 1 H Beam Fabrication Machine: 


1) With another piece of flange, the workpiece in the master picture can be made from T Beam to H Beam;

2) In huge sums of pictures taken on SAW H Beam Welding Machine, a large portion of them show workpiece in the stage of T Beam, as is the case with the attached first, second and third pictures;

2. Relationship between T Beam Welding Machine and H Beam Welding Machine: 


1) In practical application, T Beam Welding Machine also shares the same structure/ working principle/ operation with H Beam Welding Machine;

3. Content of Attached Video Reflecting on Assembling Step in Operation of Automatic H Beam Fabrication Machine: 


 1) We have seen many pictures and video on running of T Beam Welding Machine, but not T Beam assembling;

2) Please check attached video, which has been shot clearly on alignment principle and process for T Beam fitting up, happened in the Automatic T Beam Welding Machine:

3) Assembling Element: There are 2 groups of alignment rollers for clamping web (At higher position), and 2 pairs of alignment rollers for clamping flange (At lower position) in the 3 in 1 H Beam Fabrication Machine;

4) Drive Form: These powerful and precise motion alignment rollers are driven with hydraulic cylinders and guided with moving shafts, positioning and securing web and flange of the T Beam in turn;

4. Precise Assembling Step in 3 in 1 H Beam Fabrication Machine:


1) This is the second stage assembling of T Beam (H Beam) in the H Beam Fabrication Machine, final and precise;

2) Fitting Up Precision: As can be seen from video, these alignment rollers in this 3 in 1 T Beam Welding Machine are eccentric rollers, which can have ±2.5mm inching adjustment on the basis of variation in workpiece, making sure high precision H Beam (T Beam) assembling acquired in the H Beam Fabrication Machine.



B. Carrying Out Welding in ZHJ8015 Automatic H Beam Fabrication Machine:

1. Welding Mode in T Beam Welding Machine and H Beam Welding Machine:


 1) Mainstream: For PHJ and ZHJ models 3 in 1 H Beam Fabrication Machine (Together with 3 in 1 T Beam Welding Machine), most majority welding mode is SAW:

2) That over 90% of the T and H Beam Welding Machine is equipped with SAW power supply only;

3) For fabricating small working parts: On the other hand, there are special certain cases, that customer demand both SAW and CO2 gas shielded welding equipped with the H Beam Welding Machine (T Beam Welding Machine):

4) In welding workpiece with flange and web thickness less than 5~6 mm, and expected higher impact value of welding seams (Which means, higher strength of welding seam, for example, applied in shipbuilding), CO2 gas shielded welding is the optimum choice;

5) The attached second picture shows CO2 gas shielded welding performed in a set of T Beam Welding Machine (H Beam Welding Machine). From the strong arc light generated in the process we can identify the kind of welding mode it adopted;

2. Flexible Configurations of Welding Power Supply in T Beam Welding Machine and H Beam Welding Machine for Customer Choice:


1) In the case of both SAW and GMAW welding modes adopted with the H Beam Fabrication Machine, 4 sets of welding power supply should be equipped: 

2) 2 sets of SAW welding machines, and 2 sets of CO2 welding machines;

3) Budget Increase: Accordingly, price of the total equipment of H Beam Welding Machine (T Beam Welding Machine) is increased accordingly;

3. Welding Supplementary Units: Welding torch/ Control consoles for the SAW and CO2 welding are also different, and should be equipped with the H Beam Fabrication Machine.
