1. General Picture of ZHJ8018 Integral H Beam Welding Machine:

1) 3 Functions in 1 Equipment: With this SAW H Beam Welding Machine, one set of such Vertical H Beam Welder can complete the three necessary steps of Assembling/ SAW (Submerged arc welding)/ Straightening in welding H Beam/ I Beam production, which is conventionally implemented with three individual I Beam Fabrication Machine previoulsy;

2) Nomination: This is how its product name of “Triple Use” got from. For its raw materials (Steel strip plate), we can imagine that there is a set of CNC Strip Plate Cutting Machine around the corner;

3) The cross section of finished H Beam/ I Beam/ T Beam being delivered from ZHJ 3 in 1 I Beam Fabrication Machine has symmetrical structure, as is shown in the 6th sketch;

4) Working Manner: Accordingly, all the function units, from incoming material gripping, to the three processing steps, to export of the finished workpiece, are all deployed and operated in symmetric manner. 2. Technical View on ZHJ8018 Model 3 in 1 I Beam Fabrication Machine:

We start on technical study of the Vertical H Beam Welder from how it is put into work:

1) Driving Source of the 3 in 1 I Beam Fabrication Machine: Hydraulic System:

a) ZHJ8018 Welding H Beam Fabrication Machine is a hydraulic drive Vertical H Beam Welder. As shown in the 2nd and 3rd photos, on how this system work in the 3 in 1 H Beam Welding Machine, as well as its front view. There are 14 sets of hydraulic oil cylinders for driving different execution mechanisms in one set of the ZHJ model Integral function H Beam Welding Machine;

b) Along the direction of material flowing into the 3 in 1 H Beam Welding Machine, these 14 oil cylinders are applied in turn:

      i. Input conveyor: There are 6 pieces of oil cylinders in total in the 3 groups of hydraulic manipulators;

     ii. Assembling section: There are 2 pieces of oil cylinders for driving flange centering and clamping, and 2 pieces of oil cylinders for driving that of web in the I Beam Assembly Welding Straightening Machine;

    iii. Straightening sectionThere are 2 pieces of oil cylinders for driving the 2 downward straightening rollers;

    iv. Upper gantry beam: There is 1 piece of oil cylinder for driving the downward main pressing roller in the 3 in 1 H Beam Welding Machine;

     v. Output conveyor: There is 1 piece of oil cylinder for driving elevating segment;

c) Hydraulic system of the ZHJ integral SAW H Beam Welding Machine consists of pump station (The 3rd photo)/ The abovementioned 14 pieces of oil cylinders/ Electromagnetic valves/ Oil tubes/ Fine filters (For long term reliable working of electromagnetic valves);

d) During daily running of the Integral H Beam Welding Machine, the No.1 importance on its hydraulic system is contamination control, which is the cornerstone for consistent reliability of the whole machine;

2) SAW Power Supply in the Vertical H Beam Welder:

a) Importance: This is the most important outsourced unit in Integral function H Beam Welding Machine. Please check the 4th photo for storage area of U.S.A Lincoln brand DC1000 (red color) in Wuxi JACK, and the 3rd photo for Chinese  brand HUAYUAN ZD5-1000 (blue color);

b) SAW Welding Mode: In ZHJ series (And PHJ series) 3 in 1 I Beam Fabrication Machine, SAW is in majority performed with single arc mode, due to its relatively small and medium size welding toe and welding current. Sometimes twin arc is used for higher welding current and speed;

c) Composition of SAW Welding System: One set of SAW power kit includes power supply/ control console/ welding wire feeder from same supplier. For deployment of the two control consoles of the two power kits, in one set of ZHJ (And PHJ) model Integral H Beam Welding Machine, it is usually installed together with operating panel of the Vertical H Beam Welder, on the right or left column of machine main body. This is for the purpose of friendly operation;
