PHJ20 H Beam Assembly Weld Straighten Integral Machine

PHJ20 is the largest model of standard PHJ-series H Beam Assembly Welding Straighten Integrated machine, which can deliver welding H Beam of web height less than 2000mm, for symmetric and or asymmetric flange position with respect to web. (see attached picture)

 

Structure of PHJ20 H Beam Assembly Welding Straightening Integrated Machine listed as:

  1. Main body:

     This is the cornerstone, or working unit of the H Beam Assembly Welding Straightening Integral equipment. It

     is of gantry-base style, and consists of:

   1) Top gantry:

     - This unit is assembled into inversed U-shape with welding structure members;

     - For its precise assembling purpose, the positioning of the structure members is made with a set of positioning

        pin-hole fixture;

     - This unit helps to form complete set of main body of this I Beam Assembly Weld Straighten Integral machine,

       with the hydraulic-driving downward-stroke holding unit fit at its middle;

   2) Bed:

    - This is the lower section of the main body;

    - It also serves as “working station” of this I Beam Assembly Weld Straightening Integral machine: That all the

      critical units of Assembly unit, Welding unit, and Straightening unit are all installed here;

    - Accordingly, the core operation of H Beam Assembly/ Welding/Straightening is performed at this unit;

    - Drive and transmission unit of this I Beam Assembly Weld Straighten Integral equipment is also installed at its

      bottom;

   3) Assembly unit:

    - As introduced in the former product of PHJ18 I Beam Assembly Weld Straightening Integral equipment, this

      unit consists of 6 sets (or, 12 pieces) of web straightening rollers alongside left& right of the web, and 2 sets

      (or, 4 pieces) of web straightening rollers on top of flange;

    - This unit has the alternative name of Alignment unit;

    - It carries out the first task of this I Beam Fabrication machine: Precise positioning and secureness of H Beam

      flanges and web, for the next step of welding;

   - This unit is hydraulic-driven;

   4) Welding system:

   - As introduced in the former product of PHJ18 H Beam Assembly Welding Straighten Integrated equipment, 

     there are two options of SAW and or CO2 welding;

   - There are several brands of welding power supply available for either of the welding mode;

   - Whatever the welding power supply, it is equipped with wire-feeding unit and control console;

   - Besides the basic unit of welding torch and power supply, for SAW, welding flux unit is a necessity. It is fit on 

     the upper section of gantry of this H Beam Assembly Welding Straightening Integrated equipment (See 

     attached picture);

   5) Straightening unit:

   - This unit performs the final (3rd ) step of core jobs of the H Beam Assembly Welding Straighten Integrated

     machine;

   - It straightens flange deform post welding;

   - The critical element of this unit is a piece of straightening roller, which is hydraulic driven, and of downward

      stroke working mode.

   2. Input and Output conveyor:

   1) As introduced in the former product of PHJ18 H Beam Assembly Welding Straighten Integrated machine, it 

      has 10m length each for both input and output conveyor;

   2) Both input and output conveyor are composed of 3 segments. Of which one is motor driven, the remaining 

     two are idler;

   3) There are 3 sets of manipulators, or called pulling rod system installed on the input conveyor, for the first 

      stage (rough) aligning and supporting of flange and web;

   4) 2 segments of output conveyor have elevating capability;

   3. Hydraulic pump station:   

   1) This is the “power source” for the whole set of H Beam Assembly Welding Straightening Integrated 

      equipment;

   2) It is put on the ground alongside main body of this I Beam Fabrication machine;

   3) Working units driven with hydraulic station:

     -  Pulling rod system;

     -  Alignment unit;

     - Straightening unit

   4. Control system:   

     - PLC and inverter are core elements of the I Beam Assembly Weld Straighten Integral machine.
