PHJ ZHJ Fit Up Full H Beam Assembly Weld Straighten Integral Machine

“Fit-Up-Full” explains central idea of development of Welding H Beam Assembly Weld Straighten Integral machine: that one equipment equals to complete production line of H Beam production.

 

For this purpose, this Fit up Full H Beam Assembly Weld Straighten Integral machine incorporates full function groups of line of H Beam production equipment; And thanks to this integration, intermittent transfer is also eliminated.

 

Below is brief on the three critical units of PHJ-series and ZHJ-series Fit up Full H Beam Assembly Weld Straighten Integrated Machine:

   1. Assembly System:

   1) The raw materials of cut steel plates (For assembled as flange and web of H Beam) are hoisted onto the Fit up

       Full H Beam Assembly Welding Straightening Integral machine;

   2) The three sets of hydraulic-driven manipulators installed among the input conveyor of the machine support 

     the steel plates and align them into the shape of T(For the first time of Assembling & Welding) and then 工-

     shape (For the second time of Assembling & Welding);

   3) For accurate positioning and assembling of the flange and web with these manipulators, there are two sets of

      flange and web aligning units at its terminals;

   4)  The shaped workpiece goes forward to the exact position of precise alignment rollers (Flange and web both,

     for final precise assembling), completing assembling process of this Fit up Full H Beam Assembly Weld 

     Straighten machine;

   2. Welding System:

    1) The original CO2 tack welding procedure in the conventional H Beam Assembly machine is removed in this Fit

       up Full H Beam Assembly Weld Straightening machine;

    2) Or, in other words, only the final welding of SAW (Submerged Arc Welding) is kept;

    3) And, in minority conditions (Very thin of H Beam web thickness, 5~6mm), GMAW CO2 welding substitutes 

       SAW;

   4) 2 sets of welding power supply of either SAW or CO2 together with welding assistant units (Wire feeder, and 

     Flux recycling unit for SAW) work together for welding the 2 seams alongside both sides of H-beam web at the

     same time, featuring in high efficiency and good quality;

   5) For any one piece of welding H Beam produced with this Fit up Full H Beam Fabrication machine, it needs to

     carry out two times of weldingfor completion on top and bottom both sides of welding seam of the H Beam

     web (Or, 4 welding seams altogether);

   6) To do this, the piece of workpiece need to go thru the Three in One H Beam Fabrication machine two 

      times. The first time into T-shape, and the second time into 工-shape;

   3. Straightening System:

   1) Usually flanges of welding H Beam deforms after welding;

   2) Straightening system of this Three in One H Beam Fabrication machine is for solving this issue;

   3) It is mechanic down-stroke style, of strong force and easy control.

 

As one of the preparatory tasks of operating this Welding H Beam Fabrication machine,  Please make sure specifications of welding H Beam conforms to below rule of thumb on relationship between flange thickness and width that can be straightened with this Fit up Full H Beam Assembly Weld Straighten Integral machine:
