C. General Structure of SXBJ-18 Large Sheet Steel Plate End Milling Machine:

1. Main Frame: This SXBJ-18 large plate End Beveling Equipment has mechanical machine bed of 24m length: 18m length working table plus 6m extension mechanical body;

4. Each of the Milling Carriage in Plate Edge Chamfering Machine is Composed of:

1) Trapezoid cross section shape supporting bracket, which is the moving base of the Edge Milling Machine milling carriage;

2) Vertical column above the supporting bracket, which is the trunk for up and down movement of milling head, for the purpose of getting the best position of processing welding groove in the Edge Milling Machine;

3) Two sets of motor for driving horizontal movement of the milling carriage along End Milling Machine 18m long working table, and vertical adjustment on the milling head respectively;

4) The 7.5kW power milling head. 7.5kW is the standard configuration for XBJ and SXBJ series Edge Milling Machine. it can be of higher power such as 9kW/ 11kW when necessary;
