a) This set of XBJ-4 Metal Plate Edge Milling Machine is installed following CG4000 CNC Strip Plate Cutting Machine, which is for completing the task of 1st operation steel plate cut off;
b) Here the XBJ-4 Metal Plate Edge Beveling Machine itself takes on the task of steel plate edge milling;
c) The next operation following this station of Edge Milling Machine working as Welding Groove Making Machine, is to have fabrication on the beveled plates, jointing 2 pieces of steel plates into a larger piece of steel plate, by means of a set of MP40 Plate Butt Joint Welding Machine, so as to produce large size components for building large size Machinery.
The operation on this set of XBJ-4 Metal Plate Edge Beveling Machine is combination of hydraulic drive, motor drive and manual job:
1) The role of hydraulic system for working of Edge Milling Machine is to supply energy which holds down the metal plate, during plate edge milling operation in the Edge Grooving Machine;

1) The enforcement mechanism of Edge Milling Machine is powered with 5.5kW motor for its sheet metal edge milling task;
2) The leftward and rightward movement of milling unit carriage, along horizontal working bed of Plate Edge Milling Machine, during steel plate edge milling job, is driven with a set of 2.2kW motor;
3) The up and down adjustment of the edge milling unit along its column, catering for different thickness of workpiece edge milled in the Plate Edge Milling machine, is also driven with a set of 750W electric motor;
a) In Edge Milling Machine, the forward feeding and backward retreat of facer blade for plate edge milling with the manipulation of spindle is by means of manual job:
