Product Feature: The ZHJ8020 is the “Tall and thin” model among product family of ZHJ and PHJ series Fit Up Full I H Beam Fabrication Machine, as shown in the attached 1st photo.
1) Finished Workpiece: The product produced from ZHJ8020 Automatic 3 in 1 I H Beam Assembly Weld Straighten Integral Machine is shown in the attached 6th sketch;
2) Appearance: The reason we call this Automatic I H Beam Manufacture Machine “Tall and thin” is, just like the appearance of its mechanical main body as is shown in the 1st photo, which was delivering a piece of T Beam, ZHJ8020 model Integral Function I H Beam Welding Machine produces welding structure members of tall height (Up to 2,000mm) and relative small welding seam (8~12 mm).

In this product section, we will pick up several important supporting elements from assembling, to welding, to straightening units of ZHJ series H Beam Fabrication Machine:
a) Importance: In ZHJ models Automatic I H Beam Manufacture Machine, normal working of this hydraulic manipulating mechanism is the foundation for all the later on process steps. Its appearance sees the 2nd photo;
b) Structure: These hydraulic manipulators have hollow box structure with hollow table base, with crossed 2 pieces of flat and 2 pieces of oblique transmission rods inside (Totally 4 pieces) in Automatic I H Beam Manufacture Machine;
b) Exterior: Two pieces of upright shafts come out of the working table, with the two pieces of yellow “claws” fitted on the H Beam Fabrication Machine;
c) Front: The 2 pairs (4 pieces) of web holding rollers in higher position are at the front tips of claws;
d) Lower The 2 pieces of flange holding rollers in lower position are at the front end of flat transmission rods in the I H Beam Assembly Weld Straighten Integral Machine;
e) Acting Elements: There are 2 pieces of hydraulic cylinders (Assembled at both sides of workpiece) at the bottom of table are used for driving the oblique and flat transmission rods in the H Beam Fabrication Machine, which in turn drive all the holding rollers of the hydraulic manipulators;
a) Significance: In ZHJ series integral function 3 in 1 I H Beam Welding Machine, this step controls accuracy of the workpiece (Welding T Beam/ H Beam) produced;
b) Fitting Up Alignment Rollers: Please check the 3rd photo. In the photo the alignment rollers are protected with plastic thin films for package. These alignment rollers are made of tempered 45# steel, with 110mm diameter and 55mm height in the H Beam Fabrication Machine;
c) Delicate Design: Same as those of hydraulic input manipulator, in ZHJ series Vertical I H Beam Welder , the installation height of these alignment rollers are precisely calculated, so as to accurately match with height of H Beam web and flange respectively;
i. Convey welding wire to welding seam, and transfer welding current to welding wire;
ii. Form an arcing circuit for welding: Usually in ZHJ series 3 in 1 I H Beam Welding Machine, welding torch and wire act as positive pole, while workpiece acts as negative pole;
b) Welding torches are made of brass, which are machined with lathe;
a) Please check the 4th photo also. In ZHJ series H Beam Fabrication Machine, it manages position accuracy of welding torch, and hence guaranteeing superior welding quality in a large degree;
b) The cross slides has square shape and overall dimension of 250mm x 250mm. It can adjust position of welding torch in both horizontal (X axis) and vertical (Y axis) ways during running of the 3 in 1 I H Beam Welding Machine, which has sliding stroke of 100~ 120mm, guided by precise linear guideway, transmitted with leadscrew, and operated with small handwheels at its external side of the ZHJ8020 H Beam Fabrication Machine.
