DX1010 H Beam BOX Beam End Face Milling Machine is the small type of the product. Its application is to making small structure members, such as those used for constructing steel structure facility workshop.

 

The machine has compact body, easy for installation and operation. On the other hand, small size does not mean “simple structure”, this range of Beam End Face Milling Machine has same design and structure as other range of the machines.

 

Machine Range of Supply:

1)     Column including: facing head, vertical slides, column body, elevating transmission mechanism, guard cover;

2)     Horizontal slides including: work table, machine body, feeding transmission system, guard cover;

3)     Control system including: control board, operating pedant, A.C. inverter

4)     Hydraulic rack: two sets of rack, hydraulic station.

5)     Tool for fitting facing-blade including: pull rod, mandrill, 160 standard facing-blade bed, fitting tool, etc;

6)     Manual book (including foundation drawing, electrical diagram, hydraulic diagram)
