Compact Size Stationary Base LHZ Series Welding Column And Boom

1.       The Definition on LHZ Light duty Welding Column and Boom:

1)      The welding stroke less than 3000mm, in both vertical and horizontal direction (X/Y axis), can be classified as Light duty Welding Column and Boom;

2)      In other words, models under LHZ3030, for example, LHZ 2020, LHZ2525, LHZ2530, etc. can all be attributed as Light duty Welding Manipulator.

3.       Technical View on LHZ Light duty Stationary Base Manual Revolve Welding Column and Boom:

1)      The turning revolve at the bottom of the column has high strength, nimble rotation and quick stop, guaranteeing reliable angular positioning of the Welding Column and Boom. Please check below photo in yellow frame:  (Fig.2)

2)      Saddle in the Cross Slide Welding Manipulator:

a)       The cross slides saddle plays critical role in operation of the Welding Manipulator, for guiding movement of boom along X and Y axis, which in turn determines movement of welding torch in the Welding Column and Boom: (Fig.3) 

b)      As can be seen from orange color frame in the above photo, there are totally 8 pieces of eccentric guiding rollers in one piece of the saddle: 4 at the front, and 4 at the rear;

c)       These 8 pieces of eccentric rollers not only integrate horizontal boom and vertical column into an integral assembly of the Welding Manipulator, but also make smooth, accurate, and reliable sliding along both horizontal and vertical movement of welding torch;

d)      In this way, the best degree of welding process is available in the Welding Column and Boom.

4.       Operation Tips on Running of the LHZ Series Light duty Stationary Base Manual Revolve Welding Manipulator:

1)      To keep balance and stability of the light duty Cross Slide Welding Manipulator, there is limitation on its front end loading capacity of boom: Should not exceed 80kg;

2)      When not in use, horizontal boom of the Welding Column and Boom should be lowered down to its bottom position, with its center point intersect with vertical boom.
