   1. General introduction:

   1) BOX Beam Production involves series of working process, for detail please check the 2nd segment. Of which

    the two most critical steps are BOX Beam Assembly and BOX Beam Welding (Including consumable nozzle or

    wire electrode Electroslag welding, gas shielded CO2 back welding, submerged arc welding);

   2) The BOX Beam Production Line designed and produced by our company was developed on the basis of 

    advanced process technology both domestic and abroad, state-of-art welding technique, and years of 

    experience accumulated;

   3) This BOX Beam Production Line has the strong points of complete configuration, high automation, high 

    efficiency, user-friendly operation. For semi-automatic BOX Beam Manufacture Line, its annual output of single

    shift can be above 5000Ton; For fully automatic BOX Beam Production Line, its annual output of single shift can

    be above 12,000Ton;

    4) The reasonable process technology and reliable BOX Beam Production machine performance makes this 

      BOX Beam Production Line takes lead both in China and Overseas market;

    5) These BOX Beam Manufacture machines can work individually, or integrally as Automatic or semi-automatic

   2. Process Technology:

    1) Process flow of BOX Beam Manufacture, layout of BOX Beam Production equipment, and BOX Beam Structure

       please see attached pictures;

    2) A complete Process Technology of BOX Beam Production is listed as:

    - Cut of beam strip and baffle end-plate:          CNC/Strip cutting machine;

    - Marking:           Platform, for determining position of baffles and cut holes;

    - Beveling of beam main plate:Edge milling machine or semi-automatic cutting      machine;

    - Pre-setting hole for electroslag weld: Gas cutting torch

    - Assemble &tack weld of baffle:       Baffle Plate Assembly machine;

    - Tack weld of baffle with flange:      U Beam Assembly conveyor;

    - U Beam assembly:Assembled into U Beam with U Beam Box Beam Assembly machine,then pressed tightly

                                                                and performed with tack weld;

    - 90°tilt:            Movable 180°hydraulic tilting rack(flipped to both sides);

    - Baffle weld:  Manual welding machine(On the basis of technology requirement);

    - Tack weld of liner plate:                        Manual welding machine;

    - Assembly of Cover plate of BOX Beam:Assembled with   U Beam Box Beam Assembly Machine, then pressed

                                                                   tightly and performed with tack weld;

    - 90°tilt:                                               Movable 180°hydraulic tilting rack;

    - Backing of weld seam:                      Cantilever type backing welding machine;

    - 180°tilt:                                              Movable 180°hydraulic tilting rack;

    - Backing of weld seam:                      Cantilever type backing welding machine;

    - Electroslag weld of internal baffle:    Cantilever type electroslag welding machine;

    - Transferred and flipped to cutting station:Movable 90°hydraulic tilting rack;

    - Test of weld seam:                               Ultrasonic testing instrument;

    - Clearing of riser, sprue of electroslag:    Carbon arc gouging;

    - Transfer and flip(to original position):   Movable 90°hydraulic tilting rack;

    - Transferred to SAW (Submerged Arc Weld) area:     Conveyor;

    - Moved to SAW station:                           Movable 180°hydraulic tilting rack;

    - Box Beam weld:                             Cantilever type SAW machine,it moves till end of weld;

    -  Flip:                                                      Movable 180°hydraulic tilting rack;

    -  Box Beam weld:                             Gantry type SAW machine, it moves till end of weld;

    - Moved to middle conveyor:           Movable 180°hydraulic tilting rack;

    - Sent to checking area:                    Conveyor;

    - Test of weld seam: Ultrasonic testing instrument, Movable 180°hydraulic tilting rack;

    - Test of weld seam, manual repair weld;

    - Welding of end-join-plate:             Manual welding machine;

    - Manual flame straightening

    - Facing of both ends:                      Facing machine (Flipped with traveling crane);

    - Assembly& weld of beam, baffle end plate:       Manual welding machine;

    - Surface de-rusting:                         Beam shotblasting machine;

    - Surface painting:                            Painting equipment or manual painting unit;
